Hello everyone. I'm slowly assembling a convertible. The current problem is with the hydraulic roof, which jams at the moment when the lid is about to be opened and the roof there removed. One of the most common problems faced by the owners of this model is based on various forums. The roof gets to that moment when the lid opens slightly and the cylinder pushing it starts building up a little pressure and shuts off.

Two of the current bugs. One error is that the roof window on the dashboard is not on, the second error was hanging on the trunk lock.

After removing the lock and disassembling, some on the drive had a problem with the chains. But inside, the board itself is in perfect condition.

All traces are intact, the lock is fully functional.

The lock works and opens and closes. During assembly and installation, everything remains the same, the lock itself works, but the error hangs. I tried taking the motors off the board. And treat yourself to the trigger installed on it. Therefore if it is not clamped then the error that the trunk is open will disappear. But then another thing pops up that the signal is now locked instead of unlocked. Most likely, there is some kind of verification algorithm. I was just trying to throw the wires without this lock and close them in order, e.g. B. open and closed. Nifiga. Then there are two errors. Both closing and opening. Wires rang to the computer. everything is calling

Everything is now assembled and installed. But everything is the same. The roof comes down to the lifting of the roof box lid and that's it. He gets up a little and stops. Mistakes hang like two. If you manually close the lock on the trunk with a key, the same. What do you do next? What to check What could be the problem?
Hi there

What about the wire loom that goes into the trunk ?
Mainly right side.
Often these have broken wires on the most bent corner. Therefore they cannot communicate the proper state of the micro switches to the Control Unit.

Can you read out the control unit to give you the position of said micro switches ?
If they remain the same all the time, then the Roof control unit itself might be damaged.
