Probleme E-Verdeck mit VIDEO!

War da nicht mal was mit Steuergeräten beim V6 wo es schwierig war reinzukommen???
Mein Englisch ist miserabel!

Da bisher noch niemand die Fehlergruppen mal übersetzt/rausgesucht hat, mal hier die deutsche Bedeutung.

01099 044B Schalter für Kofferraum verriegelt
00264 0108 Magnetventil 4-N91
01107 0453 Kontrollleuchte für Verdeck-K98
00271 010F siehe Reparaturgruppe 01

Mit folgenden Fehlern konnt ich aber nichts auflösen. PeterH sollte hier mal noch was zu schreiben.

27-10 - Orimlig signal - Intermittent fel
28-10 - kortslutning till plus - Intermittent fel
36-10 - Avbrott - Intermittent fel
35-10 - - - Intermittent fel

You saw that thread? These broken lid cables can (and will) cause a lot of error conditions. The error codes you posted hint in that direction. As we say: Replace them, they are worth it anyway, some day. You already mentioned that they are broken. Have you fixed them yourself? Or replaced them with the original ones from Audi? (Same bullsh..., sooner or later, because Audi hasn't changed the cables' design.)

Sein einer Satz hat in Deutsch für mich keinen Sinn ergeben, deswegen bat ich darum ihn in Englisch zu schreiben damit ich/IHR es besser versteht.
Von den Fremdsprachen kann ich von allem ein bissl, wenns dann zu speziell wird muß ich passen.

Yes, they are repaired. It was the very first thing I looked at. thirteen of fourteen totally broken. I soldered with new cables on both sides and then checked everyone with a multimeter. So they are all intact, if not something has happened. I'll do a check again with the multimeter today.

This is not an easy task. I am currently trying to understand the Vag-com measures. I checked a lot of things but a new problem occured. The roof lid won't unlock anymore. What is happening is that when I lowering the roof, when the position that the roof lid should open I just hear a squeeling, the hydraulic pump is still pumping but the roof lid is stuck and the back of the roof is waiting for it to open, which it don't.

I checked the switches in Vag-com and they seem to be OK. I double checked if the boot wires on the side of the hinges are broken, they are not.
Concerning Va-com diagnose the switches and the cylinders are not in the right position. I'll explain more about that tomorrow when I tried the hint below.

I found great info on what Repair Group 01 is and here it goes:

- Impermissible switch position on pressing convertible top actuator button
No movement of convertible top
- Interrogate fault memory
Move convertible top to end position by hand
Erase fault memory
Switch ignition off and on again, press convertible top actuator button

If no fault has been entered despite malfunctioning, check operation => Page 01-229

Notes:

◆ If there is no automatic movement of convertible top, pull out fuse S24 and hydraulic pump relay for convertible top operation -J321. Then have second mechanic move convertible top. It is however only possible to check the input signals in this manner.
◆ The specifications given are only attained during movement of the convertible top. If movement is interrupted by releasing the convertible top actuator button, "0" is displayed for -E137 and convertible top operation hydraulic pump -V118.
◆ When testing output signals, specifications can only be checked during movement of the convertible top. Interrupting movement of convertible top actuates additional solenoid valves for holding function.
◆ If a control element is not connected or in the event of an open circuit in the wiring, "1" is always displayed for the control element concerned.
◆ Switches not covered by the control unit are marked with an "X" in the specification display.
◆ Input signals:
0 = Switch open (vehicle electrical system potential or open circuit in wiring)
1 = Switch closed (earth potential)
◆ Output signals:
0 = Output stage off (earth potential or open circuit in wiring)
1 = Output stage on (vehicle electrical system potential)
Test sequence

‒ Connect up battery charger or leave engine running to ensure constant and adequate vehicle electrical system voltage during entire test sequence.
‒ In the event of a complaint start checking operation one test step prior to problem with movement sequence.

‒ Start electrohydraulic convertible top actuator self-diagnosis => Page 01-164.

Oh, by the way. Before the roof lid problem occured the roof-lid actually stayed up and the roof went down, but hydraulic stopped working half way down in the roof lid.

Yes, It helped me a lot tonight. I am trying to figure out the way the system of the roof works. and it is not in the correct order. Switch 199 is not synchronized with 200.

I reseted all the fault codes and got new different ones. What a mess!
